If Christianity is not under the influence of heavenly culture then it will create a culture that will eventually undermine the message of the real gospel. Can we be entrusted with prosperity with purpose? The Lord wants to take us through opposition so that He can trust us with influence. Promotion is not for self gratification.  Instead the position is used for honoring the name of the Lord. The focus of the Christian life is not the cross, it is the resurrection  But you can't get to the resurrection without the cross.  My job is to die, His job is to raise me.
