When it was the time of Passover, Jesus tells His disciples to prepare for Passover. So with the instructions given by Jesus disciples prepared for the Passover feast. Then Jesus and all his disciples gather round the table and Jesus breaks a piece of bread and gives it to all stating that it is his body and next gives wine to them and says this is my blood which is poured our for you. Then he tells them to do this regularly as a remembrance of Him. You can find references in three gosples for the last supper Matthew 26:17-30, Mark 14:12-26 and Luke 22:7-38.
In the forth gospel nothing about Last supper is mentioned but Jesus tells to eat His flesh and drink His blood to have life in us.
Jesus said to them, “Very truly I tell you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise them up at the last day. For my flesh is real food and my blood is real drink. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me, and I in them. Just as the living Father sent me and I live because of the Father, so the one who feeds on me will live because of me. This is the bread that came down from heaven. Your ancestors ate manna and died, but whoever feeds on this bread will live forever.” - John 6:53-58 (New International Version)
